TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.    Affordable Fence Company, hereafter referred to as AFC, guarantees that our CRAFTMANSHIP IS PREFORMED WITH CARE AND CONSIDERATION FOR OUR CLIENTS' PROPERTY.

• AFC is not responsible for any damage incurred by natural causes, negligence, or abuse.

• AFC retains, as an option and at our discretion, the right to redo any custom project at a reduced fee.

2.    There is a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Vinyl Fencing materials and Aluminum Fencing materials.

3.    All custom orders and the produced product are final.

4.    Rush work is subject to a premium cost.

• AFC informs their clients that their project, if rushed, may not reflect the company's standard of high-quality craftsmanship, due to time constraints.

• AFC’s client must accept their project in as-is conduction, when under the rushed circumstance.

• AFC commits to putting our best efforts forward and will attempt to produce our products at the highest standards possible.

5.    AFC accepts full liability up to the amount stated in the total price of our invoice - only to cover redo work.

6.    AFC is not liable for sprinkler heads and/or utility lines, whether under or above ground.

7.    All fencing materials belong to Affordable Fencing, LLC., et al, until all invoices are paid in full.

8.    AFC does not replace fences or gates, nor provide refunds under any circumstances.

9.    Any fence installation, or job of sizable material cost, will be required to pay a minimum deposit of $500.00.

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

10.   Cancellation of any material orders or job installations will incur a 20% restocking fee – no exceptions.

11.   Inclement weather may affect the projected start date of a scheduled project.

12.   AFC will not charge for rescheduling if agreed by both parties in advance.

13.   The fence, gate(s), and all other footage produced for any quote or invoice is an approximate valuation and is subject to verification by either party once AFC is physically onsite at the property where a project is to be completed.

14.  The final price of any quote or invoice will be adjusted based on the actual footage of the completed job installation.

Upon verbal acceptance, implied acceptance, or scheduling of a project, the client must agree to these written terms, conditions, prices, and specifications outlined above in addition to the quote or invoice produced in correlation with the client’s project. The client provides their unconditional approval and hereby authorizes, Affordable Fencing, LLC., et al, to conduct the work as specified in the quote or invoice provided through direct or electronic communications.
